In 1993 he joined forces with James Caan (of Dragon’s Den fame) to found Alexander Mann. Mike and James grew Alexander Mann from £1 million in 1993 to £106 million by 1999. In that time they were winners of both, the Virgin Fast Track 100 award, given to the fastest growing companies in the UK and also the Holway Report for organisations providing higher levels of service in IT.

In 1999 Alexander Mann was sold for over £50 million.

In 2003, Mike founded the Solaris Group; a technology incubator where he funded and grew a number of technology businesses. The Solaris Group was sold in 2007.

In 2010 he formed Exposed Solutions. The key focus of Exposed Solutions is to provide an Executive Search style service across the Creative, Marketing, Sales and Technology sectors .

Joe grew up in the Recruitment Industry and has been associated with it for most of his life. He joined Exposed Solutions in 2010 as a Trainee Recruiter and quickly proved himself to be an excellent Recruiter. He has been the company’s best performing Recruiter every year since joining and has quickly risen through the ranks to achieve Director status. In 2014 Joe became a Partner and Shareholder in Exposed Solutions.
